Associate Counsel - Commercial Banking - (Lancaster, PA)

Fulton Financial Corporation is seeking an attorney with background in corporate, financial, and commercial transactions and matters to join its in-house Legal Department supporting commercial lending operations. Primary duties will include supporting internal staff (such as loan documentation and closing services staff, as well as relationship managers and others) in dealing with questions and issues as they arise in connection with structuring and closing commercial loans. Other duties will include assisting in various administrative functions, such as management of outside counsel, preparation and review of commercial lending documents, providing training to staff, and supervision of 1 or more paralegals.
