The primary position: An experienced LPN with a track record of Receiving and processing prescription requests via phone, fax or Surescripts Assisting with scheduling of office visits and lab work Completing prior authorizations for medications Contacting patients by phone to provide requested follow up, advise them of test results or relay provider's instructions Assisting in communication between patients and providers by phone or through Duke MyChart Knowledge
