Human Resources Manager AAM- Powertrain, a major manufacturer of automotive engine and drivetrain components, has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager to work out of our Subiaco Manufacturing Facility in Subiaco, Arkansas. Summary: Responsible for leading and participating in human resources and employee relations programs and practices to associates and leadership including recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefit administration, employee relations and communications, training and development, and regulatory compliance. Supports the manufacturing facilities in Paris, Arkansas and Fort Smith, Arkansas. Desired Skills: Min of two years of Human Resources background. Prior background in a manufacturing environment preferred. Effective written and spoken communication expertise. Detail oriented with solid analytical and conceptual skills. Customer service. Proficiency in the use of computers and the expertise to use the full Microsoft office. Multi-lingual is a plus.
