Multi-lingual (Spanish / English) applicants are encouraged to apply Requisition 34069 Job Class SUPERVISOR FLSA Exempt Job details Supervises Sterile Processing activities associated with processing of equipment, supplies and instruments utilized for diagnostic or surgical intervention. Activities include decontamination, packaging, sterilization and distribution to departments supported. Interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations. The supervisor will support the manager in carrying out department objectives. The supervisor provides a leadership role for the continuous quality improvement initiatives. The supervisor will be involved in interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, corrective action, as well as, performance evaluations. Must have good people skills necessary to direct the work of subordinates and to communicatye effectively and interact at all levels of the medical staff.
