Special Note: The Relief Supervisor-In-Charge or RSIC performs all the same duties as the SIC as listed below. The distinguishing feature is that the RSIC only functions in the capacity of the Supervisor-In-Charge or SIC in the absence of that position and as designated by the SIC. At all other times they function as a Medication Technician or a Resident Care Assistant. Horizons Responsibilities Prepare, administer, and document medications exhibiting knowledge of policies, procedures and techniques. Maintain the supply of medications and the orderliness of the medication cart and room.
