Call center supervisor - (Brooks, CA)

Summary Responsible for the day to day operations of the PBX and Reservations department. Monitor and seek out opportunities for max room/gaming revenues in coordination with other departments. Monitor and ensure revenue, room night goals, appropriate call answer speed and handle time, and forecast for future room sales. Oversee all room blockings, occupancy forecasting, room rates and yield management. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain hotel inventory controls, monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies while analyzing all demand factors. Ensure max PBX and Reservations productivity throughout each shift with an emphasis on guest service and satisfaction. Review and monitor work schedules to ensure staffing guidelines are followed and all business needs are covered. Implement policy, procedures, and controls, and ensure the development of all department personnel.
