URGENT: Mechanic Wanted - My Ford Excursion Needs A Diagnosis And Possible New - (Lynchburg, VA)

My 2002 v10 Ford Excursion won't start. I've given it a jump start, and attempted to jump the starter with a screwdriver. Neither attempt had worked. I need someone who can diagnose the problem and either lead me in the right direction, or do the work of fixing it themselves.
