Job Number: R0042849 C-IED/Asymmetric Warfare Trainer Key Role: Analyze the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs and materials to support relatively complex products and procedures for a major area or customer. Establish or review course content and objectives. Provide work leadership to junior employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs, as needed. Basic requirements: -5+ years of background with the US Army -4+ years of background with leading training -4+ years of background in the C-IED field -Background with C-IED training -Background with deployment to the MENA region -Background with biometrics -Background with electronic warfare (EW) -Secret clearance -HS diploma or GED Additional Requirements: -10+ years of background with the US Army preferred -Background with the Army National Guard -Background as an observer and controller (OC) -Background with conducting after action reviews (AARs) -AA or AS degree preferred; BA or
