Education & training specialist - (Roseville, MN)

Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking an Education & Training Specialist to join our team. This position works in a collaborative manner with Presbyterian Homes & Services Management and Services Clinical and Employee Background team in the development and facilitation of education curriculum, standard on-boarding/orientation facilitation, competency development and monitoring and continued education activities of PHS employees. REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Education & Training Specialist reports to the Education Manager or Education & Training Supervisor and works collaboratively with the Clinical and Site Leaders and Functional leaders. Responsibilities The Education & Training Specialist is responsible for training, education and in-service programming that will engage employees to meet PHS and personal goals. This particular opening will provide education & training for clinical & hospitality pathways for use primarily in transitional care (TCU) settings across multiple PHS locations.
