Teller - (Bend, OR)

POSITION: Full time Teller PRIMARY FUNCTION: Serves members by providing check and cash services via night drop, walk-in, and drive-through. Provides credit union product and service info to members. Cross-sells credit union products and services, makes referrals on products and services to other teammates and Member's Financial Services as appropriate. Sometimes answers incoming telephone calls. Side duties may include vault and night drop cash duties; travelers check ordering and balancing; ATM balancing; end-of-day branch balancing; and other duties as assigned. CRITICAL SKILLS: Pleasant, friendly demeanor; consistently greets members and makes them feel comfortable; basic knowledge of CU products and services along with the expertise to offer them to members when appropriate; keyboarding proficiency including 10-key; accuracy in handling transactions and cash; expertise to grasp a variety of tasks and perform them efficiently and quickly; expertise to ask appropriate questions, provide solutions
