Work Schedule/Days: Day / Monday - Friday Employment Type: Full time Requisition : 30616 POSITION SUMMARY Assists the Director of Financial Operations or Financial Operations Manager with the day–to–day financial functions and analysis in accordance with Children's policies. Continuously performs facility-level financial analysis to ensure achievement of system financial objectives and support of Children's mission. Works closely with the Corporate Finance Department, campus leadership team, and financial operations managers in developing, implementing and monitoring the annual operating and capital budgets, productivity, and business plans. Identifies and implements opportunities to improve financial operations and performance. Proactively supports the efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and to promote a safe environment at Children's.
