Advanced Systems Design is seeking a(n) i nsert position title for our client located in Montgomery, AL . Critical skills: Min five to seven years of infrastructure background Ability in network architecture, including load-balancing, DNS, BGP, IPSec VPNs, and active-active/multi-homed data centers Knowledge in security best practices and use of firewalls, IPS/IDS, encryption, and incident response Ability in virtualization technology such as VMware Ability in storage design for high availability and disaster recovery Familiar with the interworking of Web applications and relational databases Hands-on background with a cloud provider, such as Azure or AWS Design, implement, and support system monitoring infrastructure. Participate in and evaluate proof-of-concepts for server, storage, network, and security technologies to support the cloud infrastructure Background with details systems in a 24/7, “real-time” environment
