The CSI Companies is actively seeking a On-line Payroll Technical Support Representative?for our client located in the Phoenix, AZ area. Provides client support for On-line Services by maintaining knowledge of Internet technology browsers plug-ins and file downloading. Provides problem analysis and resolution with an emphasis on 1st call resolution and enhancing the client background.
