Environmental Services - Nursing Home - (Madison, WI)

Role Purpose: Responsible for daily housekeeping duties within the facility. Performs cleaning and sanitation tasks according to established facility procedures. Responsibilities: Vacuums, dusts, mops, dry mops, and scrubs resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as assigned and according to established facility procedures. Collects trash and disposes of it in designated location. Informs supervisor of safety and repair concerns. Keeps housekeeping cart filled with needed supplies. Performs other minor housekeeping tasks as requested by residents. Assists residents in packing belongings when moving to a different room or being discharged. Demonstrates customer service skills in accordance with established facility guidelines. Exhibits the values and philosophy of the SMCC System in daily activities and performs position duties in accordance with facility policies.
