Associate Veterinarian - (Escondido, CA)

Animal Urgent Care (AUC) is looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our team beginning January first, 2019. We are a 24/7, 365 strictly small animal emergency and critical care hospital located in North San Diego County. We are the longest standing emergency clinic in this region and are supported by a large referral network of dedicated local practitioners. We currently operate with four full-time and two part-time veterinarians including 1 boarded in emergency and critical care medicine. We work together with several on call board certified surgeons who are available 24/7 to assist with orthopedic and more involved soft tissue surgeries (however ER doctors are encouraged to operate on cases they are comfortable with). AUC is located in a 4500 sq-ft facility with five exam rooms, isolation ward, large central treatment room, fully equipped surgical suite with ventilator, and several doctor offices with sleeping quarters.
