Loss Mitigation Plan Admin Evaluator - (Oklahoma City, OK)

This position is responsible for reviewing and working loans in the early stages of the loss mitigation process to ensure they are serviced within regulatory and company guidelines. The position may be responsible for any combination of reviewing income and expenses, data entry, file review and quality control of incoming documents associated with a loss mitigation application. Position responsibilities: The successful applicant will have a work experience that includes excellent time management expertise and have the expertise to multitask in order to meet deadlines. The applicant must be self-motivated, organized, able to work autonomously and possess strong oral and written correspondence abilities. This position mandates strong attention to detail and sound decision making skills. Preference will be given to applicants who have previous mortgage servicing, quality control, real estate or legal experience.
