Overview of Job Function: The Sales Executive- WFO Specialist is responsible to drive business in assigned accounts (new and installed as assigned) with a concentration on new add-on business and product expansion. The Sales Executive is expected to identify, drive, and sell WFO solutions and maintain effective account relationships within his/her assigned named accounts. The role is responsible to own and set the account strategy and vision, and develop a plan to execute the tactics and strategies necessary to hit both quarterly and annual sales objectives for WFO offering. Principal Duties and Critical responsibilities: * Execute the Company's sales strategies and achieve established sales quota in the assigned territory by identifying business opportunities through territory management, target account prospecting, and profiling. * Work alongside named account leads to drive greater adoption of WFO offering across embedded and new logo accounts.
