Coach, Digital RSC - (St Paul, MN)

Position details The Inside Associate Account Executive (AAE) Coach is responsible for successfully coaching a dynamic and changing team of sales representatives through the on-boarding process in partnership with TED, Associate Account Executive Regional Manager, and Inside Sales Regional managers. The Inside AAE Coach uses ability in sales coaching, legal knowledge, and product mastery to increase new reps' sales skills for a successful future in an Inside Sales territory. As a Digital RSC Coach you are expected to: * Track, maintain and share a daily report on core metrics for each individual rep * Track individual rep progress with advancement through the On The Job Training Manual * Complete mock calls and demos on a weekly basis * Conduct individual and group call review sessions * Complete at least 1 coaching form per month per rep * Conduct a Proposal Workshop and any other supplemental workshops deemed necessary * Attend and contribute to bi-weekly team meetings * Conduct weekly coaching corner
