# Job details## Position SummaryCarolina Demography is a unit of the Carolina Population Center that translates demographic data and analysis into specific usable details to support decision-making, planning, and program evaluation throughout North Carolina. Carolina Demography clients include local governmental agencies, educational institutions, business and non-profit organizations and the media.The Carolina Demography Research Associate will serve as a scholar/subject matter expert acting as contributor or lead analyst for research projects related to post-secondary education in North Carolina. The person will contribute to identification of potential projects, research design, data collection, statistical analysis, reporting and dissemination of research findings through various media.
