Location: New York Position category: Permanent Sector: Maintenance Category: Engineers Jobs Seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site company representation and technical support to USAF C-17 Customer at Stewart ANG Base, Newburgh NY and operations worldwide ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE: - Initiates corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services. - Utilizes multi-disciplined technical ability and company knowledge to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high-level of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of the C-17 by investigating product problems, determining causes, and developing and implementing corrective actions. - Understands customer expectations and assists the customer in interpreting and using support data and documents, provides technical on-the-job training, and acts as the on-site liaison between the company and customer personnel of widely varying backgrounds to gain resolution on significant technical and operational issues.
