Statistical Operations Analyst - Micro Electronics Production Job - (Kenmore, NY)

Manufacturer of custom micro electronics products seeking an experienced operations analyst to enhance manufacturing speed and reduce costs for manufacturing operations including: machining, stamping, molding, pressing, manual assembly, soldering, etc. Shall: *** Generate demand forecasts in the form of statistical models and trend analysis in Ms excel utilizing advanced functions and formulas. *** Understand and communicate the volume impact of promotional activity and market dynamics to ensure product availability in the right place, right time and right amount. *** Develop and maintain a collaborative forecasting process that collects and reconciles details from diverse sources into a single unified statement of demand. *** Measure, analyze, and improve forecast accuracy by implementing corrective action and process enhancements based on Key Performance Indicators. *** Design and prepare complex reports to assist plant operations.
