Senior Accounting Manager - (Lake Mary, FL)

Builds a strong team through recruiting, staffing, professional development, coaching, and/or corrective action as needed; provides input to management on team performance. Leads and directs a team of accountants responsible for assisting with the month end close, financial statement analysis and other tasks related to the creation, maintenance and/or reconciliation of accounting records. Effectively engages the team through delegation to successfully complete multiple and diverse deliverables. You will be accountable for the accounting treatment, completeness, and accuracy of assigned functions. Ensures team’s linkage to global finance organization. Leads effort for developing the skills and background of your staff. Directs efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures and policies for the group. Reviews staffs work and analyzes the output for appropriate accounting treatment, completeness and accuracy.
