Job details Engineering Intern - first Shift Position summary Job Summary & Key functions: The following describes in general terms the purpose and scope of the position. The Intern position is an opportunity for an Engineering student to gain real world background in an aerospace manufacturing environment, while concurrently providing benefit to DASNY by performing a variety of engineering tasks in either the Project or Manufacturing Engineering areas. Job assignments include, but are not limited to, the following: * The Intern may be responsible for reading and interpreting customers: Request for quote, contracts, purchase orders, electronic or hard copy drawings, and specifications. * Through the evaluation of this data, the Intern may create quotation packages, documents, drawings, and processes for the purpose of meeting customer requirements.
