Sanitation Supervisor - (Wautoma, WI)

The Sanitation Supervisor has the responsibility for managing the sanitation activities at the plant facility, ensuring work is completed as expected. The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for GMP compliance, overseeing housekeeping activities, and promoting a positive quality culture within the facility. Required functions: Create SSOPs/ SOPs/ Checklists for all sanitation related tasks Order Sanitation Supplies Create training for operations on proper sanitation procedures Master Sanitation and monitor for completion Assist, recruit, direct, coach, lead and supervise all Housekeeping personnel constantly raising the standard of performance. Establish education and development programs for employees including SOP?s, quality specifications, safety and job expectations. This will include supervising employees and work on three different shifts. Serve as main contact for external vendors related to sanitation, including Hydrite, pest control, and janitorial service Ensure drain cleaning and rack cleaning
