Planning and Events Coordinator - (Rexburg, ID)
Do you enjoy working with a variety of people inside and outside the company? Do you have a knack for organizing and planning? The Planning and Events Coordinator will work with our Sales & Marketing team to ensure projects get done on time and under budget. Participates in the planning, organization, and execution of events for both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate Sponsored events (ICC, PRI) and coordinating all related materials. Interfaces with, and provides support to, individuals from various internal departments and external companies. They will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with marketing, accounting, and other departments within the company to keep events and related campaigns on track.Where youll spend your time: Support the Sales & Marketing departments by scheduling and organizing the creation of web sitecontent Work with the Credit team to help deliver consistent reporting on Vendor Market funds that meet specifications Prepare
