Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent - (Dahlonega, GA)

Traveling Commercial GC Superintendent Key responsibilities: Work with Project Managers in development of project schedules. Coordinate and supervise all construction activities. Maintain construction schedule, delivering project on schedule and within budget. Interface in a positive manner with clients, managers, and inspectors. Coordinate, oversee, and manage subcontractors on job site. Remodels require overnight work. Ideal candidate must be willing to work these hours. Experience: Ground up commercial experience is a plus. Experience in scheduling, field supervision, and all facets of commercial construction. Min 2 (2) years verifiable work experience as a commercial project superintendent. Proficient in computer technology. Min ten hour OSHA card required. Education: College diploma preferred but not required. Character Traits: Ethical and honest. Good driving history. Clear criminal experience. Motivated, self -starter.
