Machine Operator - (Ladysmith, WI)

Job Functions: Service/Skilled - Technician, Service/Skilled - Trades - Job overview: Molder three second Shift 3PM to 11PM Mon-Fri RESPONSIBILITIES: To read, understand and work from Documented Work Instructions (DWI), Joint Instruction Training (JIT), Flow Charts, Object Lists, etc. Create and maintain Documented Work Instructions (DWI) as needed. To utilize Work Sample Boards, Electronic Print Room, Workmanship Standards, Inter and Intra department. procedures, Electronic Work Orders, and dispatch Set up, operate, maintain and perform minor troubleshooting on injection molding machines and support equipment such as sprue pickers, mold temperature controllers, conveyors, plastic resin drying and handling systems, mold dies, computers, etc. Perform molding process adjustment and troubleshooting to insure products produced are visually and dimensionally acceptable. Compete certification in Routsis plastic injection molding program annually and complete any other training required.
