Maintenance Supervisor - (Mountain Lake, MN)

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all equipment and buildings are in top operating condition so that the plant is operating in the most efficient and cost effective manner. The Maintenance Supervisor accomplishes this through the proper training, prioritization, and implementation of programs and procedures while using the strengths of the Maintenance Technicians to the best advantage of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and systematic individual who thrives in a nimble, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: The number 1 priority of the Maintenance Supervisor is to follow any and all safety procedures, and ensure all direct reports are doing the same. Ensure any and all PPE is issued and is being worn properly. Actively participate in Safety Training and ensure Maintenance Technicians are fully trained in all safety related practices as it relates to their roles.
