Training Manager - (Lebanon, PA)

Training/Onboarding Manager assignments include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. The focus on Training in this role include responsibilities for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs. Ultimately, the role is to oversee all professional development at our company. The focus on Onboarding in the role includes developing and deploying our onboarding strategy for New Penn with a strong voice in the creation of our Onboarding practice. The Onboarding Success Team will be the primary point of contact and provide critical support for newly hired employees (post offer acceptance) who are navigating the pre-employment process to ensure a seamless on-boarding background Assignments include: · Performs New Hire Orientations (onsite and virtually) AND/OR trains the terminal staff on the onboarding process · Provide critical support to hiring managers as they prepare for their new hire.
