Salary Details: The compensation range listed above includes locality pay of 15.37% and a retention incentive of 20% of basic pay that is unique to this duty location. In order to recruit and retain highly qualified employees at this location, TSA has approved the payment of a bi-weekly retention incentive. The current starting hourly rate for this position is $18.75. The continuation of the incentive portion of this hourly rate is contingent upon annual approval and funding.
