Job Functions: HR - Benefits/Compensation, HR - Generalist, HR - Recruiter, Management - General - Unit Description Sodexo, leader in quality of daily life solutions is seeking a Human Resource Manager one to provide HR generalist support to Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. The selected individual will support the FNS Management Team and 100+ non-exempt staff (food * nutrition) in these locations. This is a M-F Day Shift that will require some flexibility. Relocation benefits is not offered at this time. The selected individual will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and/or administration of HR programs, including recruiting, training, development, and change management. They will participate in and/or lead HR initiatives and special projects. They will be the lead for key HR functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition and development, and legal * regulatory compliance.
