Senior HRIS Analyst - (Reading, PA)

Job Functions: Computers - Programming Languages, Computers - Other - Position overview: Penske is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and integration of HR Systems. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the support of the HR systems including: partnering with HR and other key stakeholders to document system enhancement qualifications, developing and executing test scripts for system upgrades and enhancements, reporting, troubleshooting, technical user support and integrations. The platforms that we most often work with are Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Taleo Enterprise, Oracle Taleo Learn, Discoverer, Oracle Business Intelligence, and several home grown applications/databases.
