Our Government Investigations & White Collar Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate to join our clients Boston office. Our team has extensive proficiency in counseling, investigating, defending and litigating all forms of government inquiry. Our nationwide representation includes managing matters from the investigation and grand jury stages through trial and, if necessary, appeal and collateral proceedings. We provide comprehensive services to individuals and organizations that receive civil investigative demands, subpoenas or any other requests for info from federal prosecutors, state prosecutors or investigative agencies. Job responsibilities: Candidates who are qualified will have 4 to 6 years of relevant background. The perfect applicant will have strong writing expertise and demonstrated written advocacy background in the defense of government investigations, government enforcement litigation and related complex civil fraud litigation.
