Personal injury case manager / paralegal - (Snellville, GA)

Position details We are seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal to become a part of our team! Background working at a high volume plaintiff's personal injury firm is required. Background in personal injury litigation is required as well. Background using Needles case management software is preferred. In addition to personal injury legal background, candidates must have excellent customer service skills, written and verbal sills, and technical skills. They must also be self-directed, hard working, organized, and upbeat and friendly with their interactions with clients, attorneys, doctors staff, and co-workers. Responsibilities: Communicate with the clients, the adjusters, the doctors offices, and other attorneys Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents often from forms that merge from Needles. Knowledge of preparing personal injury pleadings, discovery responses and requests, and other on-line court filings is required.
