Aggregate Industries Job Opportunity: Ready Mix Batcher Location: Saugus, MA Assignments include perform batching function, communicate with central dispatch regarding daily driver and equipment status, maintain inventory levels, Enforce all company policies that pertain to operations, safety and environment. Direct supervision of employees assigned to the locations. Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of all key performance indicators. Work directly with the Plant Manager to ensure all operating goals are achieved. Qualified applicant must have 5-seven years background in Ready Mix industry with 1-3yrs supervisory preferred; previous training in ready-mix concrete fundamentals is also preferred, but not required. Must have great communication expertise, expertise to handle multiple tasks, and be computer literate.
