Manager, Purchasing and Accounts Payable JOB TITLE Manager, Purchasing and Accounts Payable LOCATION Lynchburg, VA YOUR ROLE You will manage the daily Purchasing and Accounts Payable processes and the associates that support these processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for a team of 3 associates that execute the daily Purchasing and Accounts Payable function for Genworth's United States and Canada businesses Responsible for all month-end and quarter-end Accounts Payable processes including closing the month, accrual reporting, end user communications and managing the close calendar Schedule and validate daily Accounts Payable payments and post to general ledger Process and validate electronic invoice feeds Administer the Purchase to Pay customer email box, ensuring that requests are allocated appropriately and answered timely Execute the daily quality assurance process
