Job overview: Operations coordinator is responsible for landing all SBG products for all Staples Business?s (US Retail, NAD, Canada, Europe Retail, Europe SED Etc ) Must be extremely knowledgeable about landing factors, freight, duties, customs qualifications. Process all pricing revisions for Business?s. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: %Time 1. Collaborate closely with product managers and sourcing managers to provide accurate landed costs, in order choose best possible vendors. 15 2. Maintain and update Rockweb price management system, for all SBG Affiliates. All new and pending price changes, etc. 20 3. Work with Import Specialist on order sell price discrepancies, determine cause, resolve pricing issue and communicate resolution to appropriate parties 15 4. Respond to pricing questions from Affiliates (US Retail, NAD, Quill, Canada, Europe Retail/SEC ETC...) 10 5. Create and maintain a database for price change history and analyize negative or positive trends and escalate when needed 20 6.
