NADCAP Heat Treatment Process Manager Job - (North Andover, MA)

Requires relocation to TEXAS or OKLAHOMA. Global aerospace OEM supplier specializing in lightweight metals technology, engineering and manufacturing seeks engineer to oversee Heat Treating processes in accordance with the NADCAP and AS9100 qualifications. General Areas of Responsibility *** Oversee and improve aerospace part and flight surfaces heat treating procedures, documentation, and practices in line with NADCAP standards and best practices. *** Ensure correct thermal processes are applied according to mechanical properties qualifications, work instructions and customer specification qualifications. *** Review programming of furnaces for correct operating temperatures, times, speeds, and other relevant criteria. *** Manage the maintenance and optimization of furnaces, cooling systems, lifting equipment, and ventilation systems including personally supervising regular review of equipment and routine and preventive maintenance tasks, and calibrations.
