ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced applicants on behalf of our Client who is hiring for the following role: Title: Compliance Specialist Job Id#: EB-213594XXXX Job assignments: Oversee the compliance of portfolio of affordable housing communities with state and federal laws Interaction with senior management to ensure objectives are met Reviews tenant files for compliance Serve as a liason for the owners and management company Voucher processing Prepare and monitor all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting Other duties as required Job Requirements: 1+ years background within Compliance for Affordable Housing Property Management is required Relationship building background required within a diverse population Thorough knowledge in state Landlord/Tenant and Fair Housing Laws Proficient in using Ms office; Background with property management software is a plus
