Corporate Real Estate Coordinator - (Raleigh, NC)

Position summary: Support Project Managers with administrative duties associated with Corporate Real Estate projects. Tasks include budget/schedule updates, meeting minutes, maintain complete project files, process invoices, assist with branch openings, closures, relocations, conversions, coordinate field activities and act as a liaison between internal departments and vendors. Position responsibilities: Minimum requirements:Associate degree with a min of one year background in a corporate real estate or facilities role.-Or-High-school certificate or GED with a min of two years background in a corporate real estate or facilities role.Additional Requirements:- Strong Oral and Written correspondence .- Proactive, action oriented and organized.- Attention to detail & expertise to multi-task in a quick paced environment.
