Director, Franchise Sales - (Charlotte, NC)

As a Director of Franchise Sales you will report to the VP of Franchise Sales for Meineke. Assignments include growing client base: prospecting, qualifying, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new deals. You will also provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and sales management activities as required. You will be required to utilize Company specified systems (including FranConnect) and update such systems as prescribed by your supervisor and other Company officers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for executing Meineke’s franchise recruiting process including developing warm leads, soliciting vendor partners to help identify quality leads, attend industry events and corporate events, and awarding new franchise agreements. Responsible for recruiting 1-3 quality franchise applicants per month to the Meineke franchise system.
