Responsibilities: Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company; Manages warehouse activities Responsible for shipping customer orders; Identify measures that can improve various warehouse processes without the additional financial burden Identify and research any problems relating to the picking, shipping and transportation process, and to make recommendations, through proper channel, for possible solutions; Initiate corrective actions, as appropriate to prevent the re-occurrence of non-conformities relating to the picking and shipping and the transportation process; Monitor and verify the full and effective implementation of corrective actions; Perform random audits to customer audits; Interview warehouse candidates and refer to Human Resources for hiring;
