Overview Security Guard Supervisor at Pittsburgh International Aiport- Must have at least 2 yrs of supervisory background. Position title: Security Guard Shift Supervisor Reports To: Operations Manager Payroll Status: Non-Exempt Educational Requirements: Associates Degree, Law Enforcement field preferred Background: Previous Security, Supervision Summary of Duties: Supervises day to day activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of Command Security Corporation guards and activities at the Pittsburgh International Airport. Carries out established security policies, procedures, and programs. Maintains company vehicles and establishes preventative maintenance program. Understands and adhere to all post orders, May be exposed to dangerous goods or chemicals. Evaluates and disciplines employees. Responsibilities Critical functions: Supervises security operations. In the absence of the Operations Manager may assume additional responsibility.
