Project Architect - (Sioux Falls, SD)

$60,000 - $100,000 a year Contract Our client is hiring candidates with a degree in Architecture in either their Rapid City or Sioux Falls locations. This job is tasked to develop designs and to ensure company is adhering to contracts.- For this job, candidates must have a good knowledge of Revit and background with Office programs. Pay: $60,000-$100,000/year Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Responsible for developing designs and technical solutions throughout all phases of project delivery to meet project goals. Strong technical and analytical abilities required. Collaboration and communication with teammates that lead clients through project design and construction process. Deliver, manage & complete accurate and coordinated project plans, specifications and construction documents with time and budget parameters while meeting and exceeding client, building code and contractual obligations and establishing expectations and coordination with the project team.
