SON Performance Engineer - (Bloomington, MN)

Applicant will need a deep knowledge on LTE/VoLTE/3GPP standards/vendor architecture for LTE. Programming knowledge and the expertise to code prototype algorithms and turn ideas into effective logic that can be implemented is an important aspect of this role as well. Superb engineering, decision making and analytic skills with expertise to communicate to multiple levels within the organization including technical experts and business leaders. Expertise to work autonomously towards delivering results and meeting goals What we’re looking for ’s degree or 6 or more of work background Experience in system optimization for LTE for Ericsson, Nokia or Samsung end-to-end wireless network architecture, KPIs, and parameters. Expert level understanding of LTE air interfaces.
