The group provides technology infrastructure, development, support and network solutions to all County departments and some other local government entities. We have an exciting opportunity for aCustomer Service Technicianto join our team. The incumbent will perform a variety of routine technical activities involving the installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of personal computer equipment, software, peripherals and telephones; consults on software problems and repairs operating system problems; receives, logs, monitors and responds to requests for service; and provides technical advice and assistance topersonal computer users. The perfect applicant will have knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems/Office Suites.
