Sales & Service Representative General Responsibilities: The Service Representative will represent our company on the site of the Insurance Companys Claim Center and act as the liaison between our company and this partner. This person will be the main contact for any issues arising in that office, and will also be the means by which we are is made aware of further expansion opportunities. While working on-site, the Service Representative will: Develop a thorough current understanding of company computer management systems and the insurance company's claim management system Assist in developing and implementing processes and procedures to streamline the process for both the customer an our company Potentially conduct joint calls with claim center personnel to network body shops Responsible for assisting the insurance companys employees with any rental concerns which include assistance on extensions and receivable questions.
