Sales Training Manager - (Boulder, CO)

Primary Objective of Position: Develop, administer, and coordinate the delivery of courses and programs to meet the NA Flow Sales training needs utilizing a mix of virtual, blended, and face-to-face delivery systems. Primary Position duties: Schedule, organize, and deliver the L1 (Level 1) Coriolis, L1 Mag/Vortex, and L1 Density/Viscosity classes in Boulder, Costa Rica, and Eden Prairie. Delivery should include the person in this role along with other subject matter experts from Technical Support, CSC Champions, and/or Marketing. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to maintain the common (sales and service) and sales only content of the aforementioned classes. Person in this role would also coordinate with service training leader regarding the ownership and delivery of the service content in the L1 classes. Work with the Training Administrators regarding pre-work, on-line assignments, training records, scheduling, and logistics.
