ConnectCare Credentialed Trainer - Full-time Description This position is responsible for conducting ConnectCARE (Epic) user training for various credentialed applications.This position will develop lesson plans, and update training materials to reflect changes in policies, curriculum and build.Provide effective training so students are able to use ConnectCARE with confidence.Provide telephone and at-the-elbow support through planned rounding events and other support activities.Work with managers and educators to assure end users are able to use the application and identify individuals who may need additional support.Qualifications EDUCATION: Associate degree required.Two (2) years of relevant background may substitute for associate degree.CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Credentialed Trainer in at least 1 Epic application within eight weeks of start date.SKILLS: Proficiency in but not limited to Ms excel and Ms word.Great communication and customer service skillsAbility to adjust and implement change Expertise to
