Virtual and Live Trainer Description: After Sales Instructors are professional facilitators who deliver skills, process and product workshops on behalf of Company Performance Institute. The After Sales Instructor facilitates Company Warranty, Company Parts, service process and customer background improvement virtual and in-classroom training for dealership service, parts and warranty professionals. The After Sales Instructor is responsible for promoting, demonstrating and reinforcing the behaviors, processes and skills necessary to deliver an industry-leading customer background - as measured by Company's internal Customer Background indicators and the JD Power CSI Study . The After Sales Instructor is a subject-matter expert on Company's Warranty and Company Parts processes, policies and procedures. After Sales Instructors are subject-matter experts on courseware content, displaying confidence and ensuring learning objectives are met.
